Our Story
The Lowcountry has been our home for over 20 years now. Originally, we are from a town near Acapulco, Mexico where “paletas” or ice pops are the most common frozen dessert. This delight was something we really missed and were not able to find anything like it out here. Because of that, we made it our mission to represent part of our culture by making mexican popsicles in a way you’ve never tasted before.
Learning from different local artisans in Mexico, we have come up with our own combinations, using as fresh and quality ingredients as possible, making Palmetto Pops a treat your whole family can enjoy!
